Unleash The Beast : Hextar Kimia Sales Retreat 2025

From February 3rd to 5th, we gathered at Sunway Resort Hotel for an unforgettable Sales Retreat, bringing together all departments to reflect, strategize, and fuel our momentum for 2025.

The theme? Unleash the Beast—perfectly aligned with our 2025 mantra: Actionable and Driven.

 

Day 1 Highlights:


Our CEO, Rayburn Azhar Ali kicked things off with an inspiring opening address, reflecting on past retreats and setting the stage for the year ahead. As a surprise, he gifted everyone a copy of Atomic Habits by James Clear—because small changes lead to big results!
Our Founder and Advisor, Mazlin Junid, also joined us, adding to the energy and wisdom shared throughout the day. His presence was a great inspiration as we geared up for a transformative year ahead.
We had the honor of welcoming Datuk Mohd Anuar Bin Taib, Deputy President of Sunway Group, who personally greeted us and checked in on our event—an unexpected but meaningful moment!
Departments including Human Capital & Admin, Corporate Affairs, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and Operations shared key insights and strategies.
Interactive activities brought out our wild side—we roared like lions, shrieked like Eagles, and embraced the fierce energy within us!

The energy, collaboration, and drive we witnessed were nothing short of incredible. If this retreat is any indication, 2025 is going to be a year of action, impact, and unstoppable growth!

 

Day 2: Pushing Limits & Expanding Mindsets

We kicked off the second day of our Sales Retreat 2025 with an energizing 7 AM Animal Flow session led by Coach Sathiya Moorthi. It was the perfect way to wake up, stretch our limits, and prepare for the intense strategy discussions ahead!

Key Highlights:
Strategy Presentation – Our Chief Technical Officer,Ts. Ahmad Faiz Haron sets the stage, followed by deep dives from Business Development, Technical Sales, and OEC&Secadyme departments. This was an eye-opening session that challenged us to think critically and redefine our approach for 2025.
Interactive Session – Our CEO, Mr. Rayburn Azhar Ali alongside our VP of Technical Sales, Ts. Mawarni Fazliana Mohamad, closed the day with a powerful, engaging session on personal growth—reminding us that professional success starts with self-development.

From physical endurance to mental agility, Day 2 was all about pushing boundaries. The discussions, insights, and interactions sparked new perspectives, reinforcing our Actionable and Driven mindset.

Day 3: The Ultimate Team Challenge

To wrap up our Sales Retreat 2025, we put our problem-solving, teamwork, and endurance to the test at Mission-Q, Malaysia’s premier Real Escape Game Room!

Everyone split into four different themed rooms, each designed to challenge both our creative and physical capabilities. From decoding complex puzzles to navigating high-pressure scenarios, it was an exhilarating team-building experience that perfectly capped off our retreat.
