The shortage of specialized grade disposable type respirators and their significantly high daily usage as the minimum Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical staff dealing with COVID-19 patients during this pandemic was what inspired ENRA Kimia to carry out this timely CSR Program. Being a responsible corporate citizen in the Oil & Gas industry, within which Safety & Health are the utmost priorities, we appreciate how important it is for our healthcare heroes to be well protected while on duty. Our contribution of 2000 R95 grade disposable type respirators to Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) is nothing compared to what these frontliners are facing on a daily basis. We were proud to do our part and hoped that our gesture would help in some small way. To the staff of HKL, thank you for putting yourselves at risk everyday so that the rest of us can be safe.
