At Hextar Kimia and Hextar Secadyme, we recognize the importance of having a competent Emergency Response Team (ERT) to effectively handle both major and minor incidents at our Kemaman Operations Base and during the transportation of our chemicals. On August 13 and 14, 25 of our staff members participated in a comprehensive ERT training in Kemaman, Terengganu. This training covered key modules including Occupational Safety and Health, Chemical Safety, Chemical Spill Response, and Clean-Up Procedures.

A well-prepared ERT is crucial for ensuring employee safety, minimizing damage, and enabling a swift return to normal operations. By equipping our team with the necessary skills and knowledge, we are committed to a rapid and effective response in any emergency situation
